Albany State University – The Golden Rams have issued Name, Image, and Likeness Guidelines. You can read Albany States’ NIL guidelines here.
Augusta University – Augusta University Athletics issued a very helpful document titled Augusta University NIL At A Glance. You can check that out here.
Clayton State University – No policy has been published related to Clayton State NIL activities. However, the Lakers do have a comprehensive compliance website. You can view that here.
Emory University – Emory’s NIL Policy is included within its Student-Athlete Handbook. You can view the policy here.
Fort Valley State University – Fort Valley State’s Athletic Director has provided NIL brand-building training for athletes. However, limited NIL guidance has been published but you can view Fort Valley State University’s website here.
Georgia State University – The NIL policy for Georgia State is included in the Student-Athlete Handbook. You can check that out here. This policy is basically a copy of the NCAA’s Interim NIL Policy.
Georgia Southern University – Georgia Southern’s NIL Policy also includes a Frequently Asked Questions section. You can read more about this here.
Georgia Southwestern State University – The Georgia Southwestern NIL guidance is included within the Student-Athlete Handbook. You can view that here.
Georgia Institute of Technology – Georgia Tech provides NIL Guidelines for student-athletes. You can read more about how Georgia Tech handles NIL here.
Georgia College – Georgia College includes guidelines around amateurism in its Student-Athlete Handbook. You can check that out here. *Hot tip, searching for “amateurism rules” will also point you toward NIL guidelines if a school does not have a specific name, image, and likeness policy.
Mercer University – The Mercer Bears have established the Name, Image, and Likeness Policy. You can read Mercer’s NIL policy here.
Morehouse College – No policy has been published related to Morehouse NIL activities. However, the Maroon Tigers do have a comprehensive compliance website. You can view that here.
Oglethorpe University – A policy has been established for Oglethorpe University NIL activities. You can read more about this NIL policy here.
Savannah College of Art and Design – SCAD has not specifically issued a policy related to SCAD NIL activities for athletes. However, you can review the SCAD Student-Athlete Handbook here. SCAD is an NAIA institution. NAIA rules regarding NIL activities are less stringent than NCAA policies.
Savannah State University – Savannah State has published a comprehensive Name, Image, and Likeness Policy. You can view Savannah State’s NIL Policy here.
University of Georgia – You can read over the University of Georgia Name, Image, and Likeness Policy here. UGA requires all student-athletes to disclose NIL contracts to the University of Georgia Athletic Association Compliance Department. You can find the disclosure form here.
University of North Georgia – The Nighthawks have not published a policy for University of North Georgia student-athlete NIL activities. However, you can view the UNG Student-Athlete Handbook here.
University of West Georgia – UWG has published NIL guidelines and FAQs. You can read the University of West Georgia NIL guidelines here.
